One of the major challenges of the 5G-ENSURE Horizon 2020 project is to provide a test-bed environment for assessing and validating the efficiency of the 5G-ENSURE security enablers designed to address the security requirements of 5G Networks.
'5G Security Test-bed Architecture' describes the test bed leveraging results achieved by 5G-ENSURE on the security enablers targeted, the security architecture while also drawing on the inputs coming from the 5G PPP, including the recommendations of the 5G PPP Architecture Work Group published in '5G PPP Architecture Whitepaper'.
The document also describes the framework provided by the partners involved in the test-bed activities including the hardware and the proposed services.
Another important aspect covered by the document is the interconnections of the test bed at the following levels: interconnection with partner's test-bed facilities, partner's remote access, Internet access and possibly interconnection with other existing 5G PPP test beds.
Lastly, this deliverable covers the operational procedures required to drive common activities on the 5G security test bed and the different roles that have been identified to accomplish these activities.
